I will be cancelling my account after my recent experience with the resolution center. No one at Paypal seems to bother reading my communications. They asked me to upload a document, which I tried to do many times, even using different browsers. The upload failed each time because of, according to the error message, something happened on their end. The denied my claim for failing to provide documentation. I sent a separate message to the resolution center but, of course, they must not have read that one either. Goodbye Paypal
