Hi, I need help setting up my PayPal Business account. I am in Nigeria. I need to add PayPal to my Website, but my Developer just informed me that Nigeria isn't among the countries allowed to generate a Live Key which is needed for this purpose. Could anyone kindly tell me how to go about this? I already added my card to PayPal and its been verified. I tried to contact PayPal, but sadly they're unavailable at the moment. I'd really appreciate your help.
