They're supposedly coming out with something else similar to Goals (eventually). As to WHY they got rid of goals, who knows. I couldn't find out a thing about it... not even the (several) PP reps I talked to (seemed) to know anything about it. I only stumbled upon some kind of "info/answers" HERE when *I posted about it and someone answered back. Even He didn't know much more other than they (PP) said they were ending the goals program but would be coming out with something else in the relatively near future. ... View more

Thanks for sharing your email. I couldn't find mine (if they even sent me one). I even searched through all PayPal emails. 🤷🏻‍ ♀️ 😩 I even Googled 'paypal goals', etc... and STILL couldn't find anything about it. Oh well. At least I found out SOME how. I wish I had seen this before I started transfers to my bank. I didn't want all that money in my balance. I don't remember seeing or getting any email about Goals. I only even became aware by accident when I tried to Add money to my goals and it wouldn't let me, so I contacted customer service. THEY didn't tell me either. Apparently the reps don't know..?
