solved I use windows 7 + chrome and this problem occur. I saw a post in reddit that said the problem may due to the old or broken OS. Then I try it on another computer that installed windows 10 + chrome. The problem still here. Finally, I use edge + windows 10 to do the verification and it is working, which the edge have zero extension. I doubted the the problem will occur when we use the old OS (win7 or something older) or using a browser that is full of extension. Hope this will solve your problem as well.
