Opened a dispute. PayPal says its closed as 'seller provided delivery info' However, the original order & tracking number was for another customer and address - not me. I had to drive to get the proof from the sorting office 24miles away. The seller refused to answer my emails until I opened the dispute.. they then provided a new tracking number saying it had been delivered, again to a sorting office 25miles away.. i have not recieved my parcel nor a card saying it has been attempted delivery. Why does the seller not have to produce proof of delivery? I cannot get into the Resolution Centre to query this.
