Hello Dears, I opened one case for item not receive. the Seller did not reply to case. PayPal give time for the case, which I though this time to Seller to reply. The seller did not reply at all, and I thought PayPal will refund me because Seller not reply, But PayPal closed the case without refund and advised because I did not escalate it ! As seller not reply, PayPal should refund me, not close the case and lose my money because seller not send the item and not reply! I'm correct or no ! Best Regards, Ayman
