Case ID: PP-D-106827154, claim denied by Paypal, seller AliExpress claim to have evidence of delivery when no such evidence can exist, the item was not delivered. How do I get to view this 'evidence'? I'm an age pensioner, home all day and there were no deliveries. I am extremely unhappy with this outcome, I am supposed to have buyer protection! I will never ever deal with AliExpress again. I wish I could get rid of Paypal as well because they have not protected me. Paypal have not provided me with any evidence.
