I'm based in the Philippines but I use a forwarder with US, UK, and Australia addresses (shippingcart.com). I need to add the forwarder's address to Paypal to pick for shipping addresses, but Paypal only lets me add Philippine-based addresses. How do you fix this? I end up just using my credit card instead of Paypal which a waste of my Paypal balance.
