HELP - I keep getting emails saying to accept the CC Processing Services agreement but the link just goes to PayPal home page and I cant find it anywhere to accept the agreement. Ive tried contacting PayPal a few times and Im not convinced it is resolved - because I keep getting the emails. Has anyone else had this problem ?
