Question for the community, I just called PayPal three times in a row to bring to their attention a fraudulent charge on our account. Well, I was hung up on my the automated system 3 times. Every time it said please hold for the next available agent, then just hung up. Is anyone else experiencing this? All I want is to be able to speak to a PayPal customer service agent, is that too much to ask? I am getting the frustrating feeling that PayPal's customer service is nonexistent?
