I bought 12. january 2021 items from GB web store but seller says that time that item which I bought is not immediately available. OK, I waited and finally, 18.03 I get e-mail from seller and UPS, seller confirmed that item is shipped and order is completed, also UPS e-mail stated me to tracking number and expected time when item reaches to me - 24.03.2021, so I was waited and hoped but 24.03 is no courier, until today and continually I see only that item is not shipped, only "label was created" information from UPS webpage. UPS says that this item is not shipped. Today I tried to initiate a dispute to get refund but I get setback with a message: Unable to complete your request We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details. Is there any hope to get my money back? Seller answer to me only one e-mail, they ask order number (again) and if I respond, then there is no further information. They mentioned to me that "delay may be due to BREXIT" but I dont really think because if there is Brexit issue, then why UPS say that item is not shipped?
