I have a open case. Paypal said to return. I am from suriname. My items are delivered in miami and send to me. it is difficult and expensive to send an item back to miami and back to the store. it will cost more than i have paid for the item. i asked for partly refund because a zipper of a wallet came broken. How can i contact paypal so they can still consider partly refund instead of returning the item.
