Dear Technical Service and PayPal_wayne, I fully understand the reasoning why it's so hard to give a timeframe when it comes to the complex programming of this web site. However, there is one thing that PayPal can do. PayPal can send an email to all its Sellers that use PayPal telling them of this issue, and due to the complex programming of the PayPal web site there can be no given timeframe when it will be fixed. Changing the "Seller Protection Policy" alone does not help those of us who are trying to purchase items and using PayPal to pay the funds to the Seller. The Seller still wants a confirmed address in order to ship the purchased items to us, and I cannot blame them for sticking to their policy. I believe that it is totally within your power to email prestated Sellers. Furthermore, you should have already done that in order to help those of us that have been very loyal when it comes to this web site. Anything you can do regarding the above issue when it comes to notifying the Sellers would be greatly appreciated by all of us who have already responded to PayPal regarding the Subject matter.
