Anycubic shady sales tactics

I purchased the Anycubic Mono X on November 28 and paid for 3-6 business day shipping. After I had not received my printer by late December, I tried contacting Anycubic for tracking information. They ignored 4 emails as well as attempts to contact them through facebook and twitter. Finally I had to open a dispute with paypal to even get a response from them. Finally I received the printer on January 6. I spent the next two and a half months trying to calibrate the printer. I went to three different discord servers for 3D printing to get help. After exhausting all of the ideas of the support community, we determined the printer was faulty. The prints continued to degrade until now the printer only prints the rafts and then fails. I contacted Anycubic for a replacement printer and they told me even if I returned it they wouldn’t refund me. I reopened my paypal dispute and finally they are “allowing” me to return the printer at my own cost and they will refund me. Unfortunately it will cost me around 900$ to return the 760$ printer. Don’t buy from this company. Their support is horrible and they completely disregard their customers. Right now they are trying the "we will cooperate with you only after you close your dispute" scam by suggesting they will give me their US warehouse address to ship to if I do. Paypal will do absolutely nothing despite the company obviously setting up an impossible situation (they want me to ship it with signature confirmation, which no shipping service has for overseas mail).
