I eventually got a refund ... partly thanks to PayPal. I sent various emails of complaint to PayPal, ORDERPLUS (3 different emails) and copied in the Chinese Consulate (South Africa) ... Consulate did not respond but ORDERPLUS could see who was on copy. This process took several weeks. I was challenged to send back the goods at my cost ... I refused stating the “mistake” was made by ORDERPLUS and they should thus pay for return if indeed they want the goods back ... no response ... I still have the goods packed and ready to go if they sent me an address and prepaid courier.
