I had a deal with the him to write a report for me and to show me a progress of his work on Saturday 27 March 9 am and to get the final report done by Sunday 28 March 9 am Saudi Arabia timing ... I tried to contact him on Saturday to give the progress report but he did not reply, I tried to call him by phone many times and also he did not response, on Sunday 28 March , I also tried to contact him as the deadline has been crossed, again he did not reply . We basically had a deal to finish the project on Sunday 28 March 9 am and he closed his phone, ignored my massages and crossed the deadline, and took my money also without giving me anything....still am suffering in contacting him as he is not replying back to my massages. I have all the necessary documents showing that he admitted taking my money, I reported a case and I would like to know how I can escalate the case .
