Hello All, I purchased an iphone through swappa.com , they are an online site that brings sellers and buyers together. The seller never reported tracking info and the phone never arrived. I contacted swappa, they said I should file a dispute with paypal. I did. I provided receipt, tried again multiple times to contact the seller with no response and no iphone delivery. And now paypal has ruled in favor of the seller? How does this work? They don't send a phone, they don't respond or communicate, I file a disputer and they win? They take my $200+ dollars? Really confused.
