I'm at a complete loss on how to access my paypal account. I lost my job, unable to pay for a mobile plan, and no longer have a valid mobile number. Am I no longer able to use Paypal because I do not have a mobile phone? I have a G-voice number, but it won't accept the number. Please, help!
