Can I correct the claim reason at all? The seller has not responded to any support emails. In fact, I can't send any emails to their support because of the 'daemon send' error I get when trying. Their site gave me an order number but their site doesn't have an account system setup and can't check it. Currently my claim status reads Item Not As Received, but I haven't received anything even though the tracking provided from the seller said it was delivered the 17th. I can't update on the claim page on PayPal or anything that I so how can I get a refund from these scammers? It was $106.
