All tracking information and relevant details were provided to PayPal as requested. I have proved the goods are in China out for delivery to the seller. PayPal still wont give me a refund .. PayPal advised me on Jan31.21 the seller agreed to a full refund once item returned. PayPal still won't give me refund and closed the case in favour of seller. i cannot get any co operation at all. Any suggestions what can i do. ?
