PayPal Community

Further to my original post. PayPal has still not come forward with remainder of money I paid. With so many people being scammed by this company which seems to sell everything under various other names. PayPal needs to step up and ban this company from its platform and actually look after us as they claim they do. Which as we have all found out is basically a load of you know what. Won't be using PayPal from now on will use others that will actually look after us the customer not the shonky, deceitful company which from the looks of it a/ships from anywhere other than China and b/insists on return to China whereupon they refuse delivery and make up a bs story that wasn't sent even when tracking is supplied PayPal still take their word for it. I too put in an order for sofa covers however I decided to email them and double check that the option I chose would be correct for my lounge I specified exactly the option I ordered and exactly what my lounge configuration is. After 4 emails back and forth and they by this time I might add they had not packaged up as email was pretty much straight after order placed. Anyway the couldn't come back with 100 % confirmation kept blathering on about they think, it might and so on so I decided to cancel and asked for refund. Total cost in aud was over 50.00 and they offered 8.00usd as refund. I said no and filed a complaint with PayPal. We come to find they have 'accepted" the 8.00usd when I specifically told PayPal that I refused that amt and demanded ful refund. So I have sent another message to PayPal telling them this and that I was hoping they would not be complicit in such underhanded shonky dealings.
