I recently purchased an old Pokemon Game from the Facebook Market Place. Turns out it was a counterfeit and doesn't actually work. I requested the seller for a refund directly, but they have just ignored me. When buying they requested I send them the money directly instead of using Buyer Protection, or they'd charge me extra, which I couldn't afford. Is there anything that can be done about this? Or is it no use since I "trusted" this person?
