Hi, I just made an account to attempt to get support for a refund on a one-off payment, due to the seller ignoring me. I may be missing something obvious but I can not figure out how to open a support case for a payment that isn't on the account. I have my PayPal receipt, transaction ID and invoice numbers I just can't figure out how to open the case. All of the links in the FAQ's loop me back around to an empty transactions menu.
