I bought a duff fridge which paypal asked me to return to the supplier for a refund. I did this and provided the reference number as per their instructions. They then close the case, I call and ask why and they say they cant use the tracking number and can i provide any other proof of delivery. I manage to get an email from the shipping companys head office confirming delivery, a text from the driver also confirming and a copy of the signed delievery note which I then send in as requested. The close the case again I call they apologise re-open and then shut then i call repeat until they reopen it 3 times and close it again. Finally they say talk to your bank which i did but the majority of the balance was paid using my paypal balance so its not up to the bank. Any ideas on how I can get my money back. I have suggested they call the company themselves but they refuse.
