Good evening, I seek your experience - if have encountered a situation like this - I have had pending activities which were appeared on the top of my activity segment (the pending happened more than 72 hours ago). Now I tried to see if these pending amounts are redirected to my palpal account or the link bank account, I did not find anything, they are not in the history of my activity at all. which is very strange! Appreciate any sort of advice. Thank you.

Dear @kernowlass thank you so much for your kind reply. the following day I have made another purchase by following exact same steps (4 times payment by Paypal), and adidas.fr placed and confirmed the order. Also, received confirmation from PayPal about this operation. But for the first case, Adidad did not confirm that they have the deducted amount (as explained in my first message). So, do you want to say that I have to wait 30 days until the money return to my original account? Or, do you think I should contact the customer service of Paypal to take action on this activity and cancel the "pending status" so that the money can return to my account? Appreciated your kind advice for this time as well 🙂 Ziad.

Hello, I tried to purchase from Adidas.fr I picked an item and checked it out using the PayPal method (4Xtimes payment). the internet went off for a minute then I found that PayPal deducted the amount without me confirm the process and the status of this transaction is in the activity log is PENDING. And Adidas confirmed that they have no payment linked with my name. and the money is stuck somewhere. Bearing in mind I have no option to cancel the payment. Appreciated any kind of advise about what shall I do to redirect the money into my account. Thank you so much.
