I ordered an item through Ebay by mistake and I realised right away and cancelled the transaction through Ebay Resolution centre. I also contacted the seller right away. 30 mins later I received that item has been shipped and after that they are declining my request. Claiming that I has been shipped minutes after I ordered it is fraudulent, especially since the seller got to know right away that I wanted to cancel. Anything else I can do please?
