On 5 JAN 2021, our ex IT employee used the company Paypal account linked with company credit card and did 7 face transaction with a total of 7000$. He also changed password and we are not able to access the account, we raise a case against him and trying hard to reach Paypal through phone, message center and chat. But unfortunately we didn't receives a reply yet. Please advise how to communicate with Paypal to open a dispute and request a refund to the same buyer credit cart?
