I sold a GPU to the buyer yesterday. It sold at 11 am and I shipped it out that day because the buyer was pushing me to. I had it listed for 10 minutes before he bought it (though Paypal invoice), so I didn't have the package ready or anything. Today I get a message from him saying that there's an issue and I'm thinking, this dude is about to scam me. He says that he found the item selling for brand new in a box for less than what he paid for and I'm thinking, how is that my problem? But not knowing PayPal, I don't know how to handle this, and if it became a case, who they would side with? I put in the Terms and Conditions in the invoice that I would give a full refund if it was not functioning, which the item is fully functioning. The item has not reached him yet. I sent the buyer a video of gameplay and proof that the GPU was functioning. I also attached photos of the item in the invoice (as many as I could). He's saying he won't do a chargeback if he has my cooperation etc. I'm a little upset because buyer didn't do his research and now I'm paying the price? edit: tldr; Buyer wants refund only because of buyer's remorse. Item is in condition and functionality listed in the description of the invoice. Do I have to refund him?
