I have sold an item to customer which receive it on time , I can proof it with the tracking number . Buyer open a dispute and PayPal close it in buyer's favor , I have sent all proof of delivery !! I am so confuse, in this case it mean I can order what ever I want and get a refund of all items I received ! Is it happen only to me or PayPal refund all buyer who received item ?
