So to explain what happened: Customer ordered an item. Item was shipped out, shipper experienced delays. Customer demanded a refund as item was late, so we complied. We then messaged the shipper to cancel the delivery. Shipper informs us that the customer just told them to continue the delivery as they paid for it. We cannot seem to open a dispute case as PayPal doesn't allow it. Am I just **bleep**, or do I have an option to reverse the refund?
