Yours worked?! I had to contact them, but there is an OFFERS section under your account page that only says CVS, not the same offer. It should say $10. I hope you are not.lookingnat the original offer thinking itnis the reward. Once you click on it, it has instructions to redeem online and in store, nothing like the original offer at all. Be sure you see the $10 on your ACCOUNT page and offers down below. It also shows in your offers and deals, but not at the top, thatbis the original ad. Down below under OFFERS. Wow I'm so sorry. You called Paypal? I used the chat CONTACT option online They make you leave a message, but responded to me that they had to escalate the issue. You should try this option. Once you make them aware you did the Paypal CVS offer (don't mention the Venmo issue, only 1 is allowed) they should be able to help you get access to your reward. Good Luck. I contacted Paypal through the CONTACT tab help and support online. This is the best place to go when all else fails. You can leave a detailed message and they responded to me that they were escalating my email. I got the $10 reward today in my email, along with instructions and a link to see it in the Offers section of your account page. This only show up after the offer goes through. Hey! Go to Paypal CONTACT Message online. They make you leave a message, but they did reply back in a week or so. They said they were aware of issues with this offer and were escalating my complaint. A couple weeks later I have my $10 reward. They even give you links to find it in your account and a better expiration date. Although, redemption instructions i have yet to try. I came back to this page to tell you. I know tou have had the most trouble with the offer. Just reach out to Paypal. They will fix it for you. That was my next step once I didn't see a solution here. yes terms say you will not get the reward for certain items. I believe a gift card is one, but the payment should have worked and still scanned and charged to your paypal. they just do not know how to ring it up. ... View more

You do not get a credit to your account. You are supposed to get a REWARD voucher showing under your OFFERS in your account, but there is no such thing. There is an OFFERS and deals for shopping. It is supposed to apply to your next paypal checkout purchase anywhere, but I heard it is a coupon that most will not accept.  I was successful at the initial purchase. Look at the credit card machine. If it says paypal, you know they accept that. Pull up the QR on your app and simply ask them to scan at payment screen with the hand scanner. They don't understand what you are scanning. Tell them NOT to scan as a coupon or giftcard, but to go to the payment screen and scan. If you look at their payment credit card machine it says PAYPAL on it. It is simply that but without touching the button. They need to get the HANDHELD scanner and scan your QR code. You have to open your paypal app and push pay with QR code. The issue with this promo is the reward voucher. I cannot find mine anywhere. The fine print does not tell you it will be delayed. They say it will show in your offer section of your account. There is none. There is only OFFERS and DEALS. WHAT?! this offer is crayzee. How did you mean accepts the offer? It should automatically apply to your next Paypal purchase as it is a reward voucher. I cannot find it showing anywhere.
