I just sold some items and found out my money was being held on 2 of the accounts. I have 100% positive feedback. I to think this is a ploy for pay-pal to make money on the float.If enough of us take them to small claims court or,have some leagle action taken it may stop this practice. I don't know but I believe they have to pay us interest on our money they are holding. How long can they hold it? On my account, pay-pal said they could hold it for 21 days.
