I purchased 4 items on the Wish app for a total of $164.17. I’m fairly new to the app but had purchased 2-3 inexpensive items in the past . I purchased 3 sweatshirts and a hat because I was unable to find certain styles from that brand elsewhere as they are out of stock everywhere . To make a long story short the items were supposed to be guaranteed to arrive by 3/9 or your money back guaranteed. I received 2 items from the order last week on the 5th and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality . The hat I ordered is extremely small to the point it wouldn’t fit a baby and looked like a baby’s cap and the shirt has a faded , badly printed screen print and is clearly counterfeit as well as the hat . The other 2 items were marked as shipping label created but tracking hasn’t moved since 2/12. I don’t think that I’ll receive them and if I do I can expect them to be counterfeit also . These weren’t the cheapest items . One of the sweatshirts was close to $55 and the other items were in the $30 range. The hat was $20 for a very thin cotton hat that wouldn’t fit a baby . I contacted Wish and filed with PayPal because Wish has a reputation of bad customer service as well as not liking to refund people for items that are grossly not as described . I received a message earlier from Wish saying they will not help me since I contacted PayPal unless I close the dispute as they claim they are quicker to handle disputes and will do so within 3-5 days while PayPal takes 30 days . I don’t know if they’re saying this to get me to drop the dispute and than they will keep my money for the junk I received . I will be uninstalling the Wish app after this as I don’t want to take any more chances with them. Just not worth it . Should I close the dispute ? Thank you ... View more
