I have a transaction that I did not authorise and PayPal is not helping . They are siding with the seller. It’s a foreign currency charge and I am pretty sure it’s been on the PayPal portal before. Can anyone identify this please ? Michael Reinhardt is the name of the person on the transaction as given to me by PayPal. It’s charged me in EUR which I have never used. There is no email confirming what this order is & where it’s coming from . Help please!
