@Juddle Well yes of course there is a fee. Thats how paypal funds the service that they provide and pays their staffs wages. However who pays either sender or receiver is dependent on whether its a gift payment ie friends/family or a payment for goods/services. With friends/family gift payments the sender is the one that pays but normally only if funded via a credit card.
