11/23/2020 I sent a payment of 189.46 to account DE23501108006161606386 (CHASDEFXXXX J.P.MORGAN AG 1011204553227 PAYPAL) from account SK3465000000003650024673. REf. cashless payment number is 2011/0120/22135. Paypal teach me my money on your bank and I don't know how to get it to sleep or credit it to my paypal account. The message centers didn't help me in any way and they still comply. My bank communicated with the complaints department of paypal and paypal confirmed that they have the given payment at their bank. But they refused to return it to the bank. I want to credit the given amount to my paypal account. Who will help me? They have had my money for more than 3 months.
