I have been unable to log in to paypal as I no longer have the phone number that is part of paypal security measure. Having read other help articles which advised me to change password which still require me to get a text message from a phone number that I don't have access to. The other advice being contact paypal using paypal text or paypal call... which require me to log in. I think you can imagine the endless circle. I hope someone cans help. I still have access to the bank card and my email.
