I watched a YouTube video on how Facebook handles reports/complaints concerning scams/fraudulent advertising.  Apparently Facebook handles less than 5% of all reports.  I reported every image on 2021store's Facebook page that was posted and received no acknowledgement, the page is still up along with all the images.  The desk top is still advertised but under a different name, DreamDesign.  The video drew the analogy as this; the people on Facebook socializing represent the product -  the advertisers represent the customer (they pay to be on Facebook, we don't). Even if you report pictures as Intellectual Theft, Facebook does nothing.  The company that owns the pictures has to involve a lawyer with the threat of prosecution and launch an investigation with the FBI,  the time and $ involved prohibits any action.  ... There's numerous sites and information on the web that clearly indicate this is fraud (YouTube also).  I presented the evidence to PayPal  that the Facebook page was a scam and that 2021store web site that was not legitimate & received a full refund within 12 hours.   ... View more

Well I just discovered that over 90% of advertising pages on Facebook are scams, straight out fraud.  Of all the reports/complaints Facebooks receives only 5% are actually dealt with.  They do this so no one can actually say Facebook does nothing. They do, do something albeit what they do has zero impact on what's really going on.  I will be posting a simple message to everyone I know on Facebook of this information in hopes to curb organized crime on Facebook. I'm not holding my breath though.  Shame that the original spirit of Facebook has gone by the wayside as result of Zuckerberg losing his virginity to organized crime.  Somewhat coincidental that Zuckerberg married an oriental, umm.  Insofar as your refund is concerned, I doubt you'll ever receive the $ from the seller.  I supplied facts/evidence that 2021store wasn't legitimate to PayPal and received a full refund from them and not the seller as I suspect PayPal froze any $ due to them.   ... PayPal has recognized that the web site is a scam so you should get a refund as I believe any funds due to them have been frozen. ... View more

You can try rallying your friends on Facebook to bombard Facebook with complaints & the sort.  Whatever Facebook uses to monitor what is going on with Facebook is not working.  I've tried using keywords such as 'child pornography, child abuse, organized crime (and Facebook is complicit) etc. just to see if it would get picked up, not so. I went on 2021store's page that's on Facebook and reported every single picture, , still nothing.  When I discover what tickles Facebook to re-act I will pass it along. ... View more

Good work, I'm trying also with FaceBook but it's become obvious FaceBook is now complicit with organized crime.  2021store is just one of many other sites that they have all doing the same thing, defrauding customers.  ... View more

You can try to file a complaint with FaceBook but the process is convoluted & confusing, I haven't had any success with FaceBook yet.  It's become painfully obvious that FaceBook has become part of organized crime. Try for a refund, PayPal is pretty good that way, especially if they held funds due. Not sure if you did any research on these guys but they have numerous sites all doing the same thing, defrauding customers.  ... View more

And yes I have escalated the issue with PayPal also. There are a few sites where scam and fraud can be reported and I've listed 2021store as being fraudulent.  Their site was investigated and the report is damning at best so I forwarded the report to PayPal.  Their reply was that they would pass along the information.  Not a very comforting remark.  PayPal needs to be more aggressive with fraudulent accounts.  ... Yes thank you for the information.  The pattern is the same each time; accept 40% refund or ship the toothbrushes back at your expense. I contacted Adapdesk and advised them of the intellectual property theft.  Also advised Facebook that the advertisement is fraudulent.  Facebook is horrible for trying to report fraud on their site, very convoluted process if you can figure it out.  I reported every single image on 2021store's Facebook page as fraud etc. . We need everyone who has been scammed to make every effort with PayPal to freeze any funds due to this company until the International Police complete their investigation.  PayPal insists on a time-line and the seller is counting on this so they can walk away with the money.  ...
