Here’s what I did folks, and I got my refund from BFE today! Take photos and meticulous documentation. Go to the Attorney General Office of your State, file a fraud claim and cite PayPal’s culpability for allowing this vendor to operate with 50+ scams/complaints. Call your bank even with a debit card and file a complaint. Also file a complaint with PP. I included photos of everything. I ordered a $73 vintage cookie jar and got a cheap yellow kitchen sponge! Take screen shots of several complaints on the PP wikipage. Do all of this but the most powerful is contacting the Office of the Attorney General in your state. They mail a copy of the complaint to BFE and the Chinese nationals who are operating this scam. Shame on PP! Money grubbers!
