You need to be patient. Until you have a history with Paypal they hold onto the money you got until they choose to release it to you. Sometimes it is hours sometimes its days. Give it some time and wait for it. Once the money is set to be released you can have any and all monies transfered free to your bank accounts. I hope this helps. After waiting this long the best bet is to call Paypal and get this sorted at once and being on the phone you can help them recreate the error and might clue them in to be able to fix it. Give it a little time. Sometimes it takes a bit of time and with COVID restrictions and the like it could take additional time. Also in the meantime try calling your bank and see if the deposits can be found. I had a friend that had this happen the bank didnt allow the deposits as they were both under .12 each and they thought it to be an error. Call and speak to both Paypal and your bank, but start with your bank first, or have them both on the line when you call the other if possible. ... View more

The best thing to do at this point is to call PayPal. If you used a credit card contact them as well and despite or file a claim for. That may be your only way to get anything done at this point. PayPal doesnt want to return the fees, the seller doesnt want to give up the money they made and they both have left you holding the bag here. I would like to know how you paid, was it thru your bank or a credit card or thru paypal credit. Who else have you contacted about this? Have you called paypal? What were you told if anything? Crypto fees?

Does anyone else feel the fees are not explained really well as well as accounted of fairly? It seems to me they should be able to give a more exact accounting upon selling or buying? I am also wondering here why there is no wallet type feature to carry to or from other services as we see fit? I would also like to know when I bought in how much it was valued at and when I bought in. I would rather not have to search thru 1000s of records to find the buys and sells. Is there no way to sort? It seems a lot of this is combined and is too cumbersome. I also feel we have a backseat to the crypto as we have to trust PayPal with our $ and trust we are really getting said crypto. A wallet type deal would give the consumer much more rights and much more comfort. If you have the best service people will come. Be it the easiest for those who dont understand it or the best in a niche you will always find a customer, however why not try to get more? The listings should be more like a stock listing so I know when and how much I have made or lost and know how well my investments are doing. I would be nice to be able to sort them out by type and each transaction easily. As it is now you cant do that. ... View more

I have had to use Edge browser to make my payments as I get the same error. I have tried in safe mode and I have tried turning off all of my extensions it still happens I have also cleared darn near everything cache and histories and everything else I can think of and even some you cant. It still happens. I cant believe for the amount of money that is passed thru here and the amount we pay in fees and interest that they allow stuff like this to slip thru the cracks. Sure some blame is on Chrome however seeing that they are one of the top 5 browsers this is 100% unacceptable that PayPal has yet to fix this issue never mind the fact that we have had to report it in real time to even get it noticed. This is just 1 of many reasons PayPal is not the go to any longer and not the payment center it once was. I think they need a hyphen in their new name, PayPal-HasBeen. Sad to see the competition out swing out bat out run out perform at every turn. Its only a matter of time with things like this adding up (as well as customer complaints) when others start to ask you "What's PayPal? and "How or why should i try it?" PayPal its time to get off the dead horse and revamp some things. You did rather nicely with the crypto but lets fix that and move onwards and upwards. ... View more
