I'm a new seller on eBay and new to PayPal too. I've noticed some significant discrepancies in the amount I should have received, and am looking for an explanation of how this might have occurred and how I will get the proper payment. I've already spoken to eBay who agrees that there appears to be discrepancies. And, yes, I'm aware that my PayPal fees are factored based on Sale Price, Shipping, and Taxes, plus $0.30 flat fee.
