@Marktheharp - Thank you for the suggestion. I just called PayPal, spoke with someone who was very helpful and understanding, and have been issued a full credit. Yep. Me too. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Seller offered a $12 partial refund. Declined. I was then informed that I'd have to send the $2 wallet back, at a cost of over $15 to get a refund. Nope. Sent several emails (which were apparently ignored) to PayPal indicating that 1) the seller is obviously a scamming fraud, 2) I wasn't going to invest another $15 plus the time an inconvenience to go to the post office, fill out customs forms &c. Claim rejected by PayPal because I did not provide "tracking information." So, the crooks got away with it.    If this was a US seller, they would be guilty of mail fraud, which is taken very seriously. No such protection dealing with Chinese sellers. It's only $33, so I'll consider it a lesson learned, but not happy at all with the way it was handled.  ... View more

Add one more to the list. The company offered me a partial refund of $12, rather less than the roughly $34 I spent on the "clock" kit plus shipping. They also offered to give me a 40% discount on the rubbish wallet they sent instead of the clock, "In case it will be of use to you." Superior "leather" wallets, which I also would never buy, can be had on Amazon for $3.29. Now, they're asking me to send it back before they'll issue a refund, and given the sketchy nature of this "company," I have little confidence that I'd ever see a penny, not to mention the $15+ cost, plus inconvenience, to send the thing back to China.    Live and learn, I suppose.  ...
