Paypal don't actually care! They used to, but now they make so much money helping these fraudsters, that they will make it as difficult as possible to retrieve money paid out. My goods are stuck in customs, definitely not what I ordered as the weight is minute compared to the goods ordered. It is going to cost me $65 just to find out I have been robbed.
