I just got a letter that my Xoom account was placed with this office in Boerne, TX for collection saying that I owed $469.98 over two transactions that were overdrafts back in October 23 2020. They tell me I have within 30 days after receiving this notice, unless I notify this office, that I dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid. Is this a legit letter?
