Hi everyone, I’ve had an ongoing dispute that’s been extremely frustrating to deal with. I’ve been sending all of my relevant images and files to the PayPal support via the message center (I don’t have an official resolution open, due to checking out as a guest). Recently, the PayPal support called me and told me to compile all files onto one email and send it to <removed> Now, I’ve sent my documents there, but I got an automatic response saying that I should call or post everything in the message center instead. What am I supposed to do? And is there a way to verify that PayPal received my documents via email? Thanks
