After several emails back and forth with Kinguin support, I sent this (in March) and haven't heard anything since. Feel free to copy... "Once again, let me stress the fact that I AM NOT responsible for your sellers' payouts! Your company and the owner of <removed> at IP address 172.241.131.143 (the individual that received your product) are the ONLY people responsible for those payouts. I DO NOT have a contractual agreement of any kind with your company but more specifically in regards to the purchase/payment of/for your merchandise. I have a contractual agreement with PayPal. In that agreement, PayPal agrees to refund fraudulent transactions. Since you accept PayPal as a form of payment, your company also has a contractual agreement with them and has accepted PayPal's terms. That includes the reversal of transactions that have been deemed fraudulent. Maybe you should consult with your legal department, they may be better able to explain all of this to you. I'm not sure If I'm more disturbed by the fact that you continue to harass and now threaten me in regards to this matter or the fact that some people in my situation, more naive than myself would just pay you. This will be my final communication with you on this subject. I had every intention of just letting this go once PayPal did the right thing. Rest assured, that is no longer the case. I will be filing complaints with anybody that will listen beginning with the Federal Trade Commission."
