I am having trouble with the first question, I do not have any of these options because payment issues with in real life things are handled by my mum since I have disabilities and am currently on some sort of funding / ndis plan, Help? I only got an 18+ card and a Queensland government health care card, I sent a bank statement but its from last year and we havent got one since. What do I do? I have none of these options above, but I don't wanna select an incorrect option in fear of getting in trouble as well. I am in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.
