Why does PayPal continually accept fake delivery receipts when you submit a dispute for items not received? It’s always China, the items never show up, you submit a dispute, the seller provides fake delivery receipts and they close your claim? This has happened twice now, I’m out a few hundred dollars and I’m closing my PayPal account because either they’re too stupid to be in the payment processing business or they’re in on it.
