I was sure I couldn't be the only person irritated to the nth degree by this crap. I don't use a phone for anything other than phone calls, I don't want an app, and I am sick to death of having to waste my time and thoughts on this. Of course, I also very very much dislike not being able to contact the company I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE in order to obtain a satisfactory response to this problem.
