Entonces los compradores reclamamos a PAYPAL y Los timadores le dicen a PAYPAL que ellos reembolsaran el dinero, sí los compradores devuelven el/los artículos enviados incorrectamente, (Con toda la mala intención) Pero que sea el comprador el paqué el retorno del artículo que normalmente es a CHINA. Parece que PAYPAL no a hecho el ejercicio para conocer cuanto es el coste de un envio a CHINA. Además, Paypal ayuda a estos tramposos al NO REQUERIRLE QUE SEAN ELLOS LOS QUE PAGUEN POR DEVOLVERLES LOS ARTICULOS ENVIADOS SEGUN ELLOS, POR EQUIVOCACION A CHINA. PREGUNTO: NO DEBERAN SER LOS TRAMPOSOS LOS QUE DEBERAN PAGAR POR SUS ERRONES? Los tramposos saben que el costo de la devolución en los EE.
